SAM’s Metal Oval Window Section.

It respects the original measures , not only in the thickness of the steel sheet but also in the size of the window hole and the ventilation grille. These facts together with a correct installation make you get a similar finish to the original .

Composition:

This metal oval window section consists of two metal parts, the outer one and the inner one, one glasses and one rubber seal.
Outer part: steel sheet. It has got one hole for the glass and an open ventilation grille for the engine.
Inner part: with two holes for the glasses.
Glasses: 2.
Rubber seals: 2.

Installation:

It is advisable to weld the outer part to the body work in order to get a better finish and a rigid outcome.
The inner part can be easily welded, riveted or screwed.
Both parts must match perfectly in the window area in order to place the glass and rubber seal easily.

Tip:

Before installing the window section, you must cut the lower part of the window frame and the ventilation grille. Then place the outer part of the metal oval window section on the body work.
